Do I need to install anything?

No. Nudgine runs entirely in your browser. There is no desktop app, plugin, or extension required. You can be up and running in under 30 seconds.

How do I start my first meeting?

Create a free account, open your workspace, and click "New Meeting." You will get a shareable link your participants can join directly in the browser. No account or download needed on their end.

Can I use Nudgine for a meeting that has already started?

Yes. You can open Nudgine mid-call and it will begin capturing from that point forward. Your recap and notes will reflect what was captured, with a clear timestamp showing when tracking started.

Do meeting participants need a Nudgine account?

No. Only the host needs an account. Participants join via a shared link and can join directly in their browser with no sign-up required.

Most meeting tools tell you what happened after the meeting is over. Nudgine helps while the meeting is still happening, with live nudges, real-time context from past meetings, and quiet prompts to ask the right questions before the conversation moves on.

How do live nudges work?

When AI support is enabled, Nudgine listens to the conversation and surfaces intelligent suggestions in real time. For example, "this sounds like a decision, want to capture it?" or "an owner hasn't been assigned yet." These appear as quiet prompts in your private meeting panel and are only visible to you.

Do I need to record or transcribe my meetings to use Nudgine?

Nudgine does not enable audio or video recording. Video and audio rooms are configured for transcription by default; that is disclosed during consent, and capture begins only after confirmed room presence. Hosted-meeting assistants remain off until their owners start them. Solo Sessions include a required personal bot. Manual notes remain available without an assistant.

Does Nudgine integrate with Zoom or Google Meet?

Nudgine provides browser-based video, audio, and Solo Sessions. It does not create cloud audio or video recordings; transcript text and permitted recap artifacts remain available according to their access settings.

Do meeting participants know Nudgine is active?

Participants complete consent before entering a video or audio room. Transcription state is visible to people with access, while each participant's Notes, bot state, and private suggestions remain private in Nudgine; personal-bot sharing is currently unavailable.

Meeting memory lets Nudgine pull context from your past meetings into the current one. If a topic, decision, or person came up before, Nudgine can surface that history mid-conversation so you are never starting from scratch.

After each meeting, Nudgine generates a clean summary that includes decisions made, action items with owners and due dates, key discussion points, and a follow-up draft ready to send. You can edit or export everything.

Yes. One eligible verified email receives 30 audio-equivalent minutes to test hosting or a private bot, with no credit card required. That equals 7.5 video participant-minutes.

Can I test capacity features for free?

Each eligible verified email receives one non-expiring 30-minute audio-equivalent test balance. It can cover 30 audio participant-minutes, 7.5 video participant-minutes, or 30 active private-bot minutes. It is not a Pro subscription and disappears when used or when you complete a personal capacity purchase. It cannot be claimed again by deleting and recreating the same email account.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes joining, the manual workspace, and one small test balance. Pro adds recurring capacity for ongoing hosted rooms, AI-powered live nudges, and personal-bot usage.

How do Capacitors work?

Each $9 monthly Capacitor adds 20 audio participant-hours. Hosted audio room time uses that balance at the standard rate, hosted video participant time uses it four times faster, and your private Nudgine Bot is metered separately while active.

What counts as capacity?

Accepted Answer

The selected payer covers every connected participant in a hosted room: an audio participant uses one capacity minute per minute and a video participant uses four. Your private bot separately uses one per active minute, with a one-minute minimum per activation. Prompts and responses do not add another charge.

What happens if capacity runs out?

Accepted Answer

Your bot stops immediately. A hosted room gets one 60-second wrap-up while another eligible participant may volunteer to cover it. During that window, the payer may also upgrade or buy a one-time $15 Pro Capacity Refill with 20 non-expiring audio-equivalent hours; video uses that balance four times faster. A started Checkout gets one five-minute payment rescue, but never resets the original wrap-up. Otherwise the room ends automatically, and capacity never goes negative.

Can I change my plan mid-cycle?

Yes. You can add Capacitors at any time after payment. Reductions take effect at the next renewal so already granted capacity is not removed.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is $86 per Capacitor, saving about 20% compared with monthly. All twelve months of capacity are granted up front and reset at annual renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Recurring charges aren't refundable or prorated for partial billing periods, and one-time capacity purchases are final sale, except where required by law or approved for a verified service failure. If something went wrong, reach out to support@nudgine.ai. We'll review what happened and do what we can to make it right.

Is my meeting data private?

Accepted Answer

Personal Notes and the private bot feed stay with their owner. Transcripts, recaps, and organization Docs follow their configured permissions. Transcription is disclosed during consent and is configured on by default for video and audio rooms.

Are my conversations used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Nudgine does not use your conversations or other content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine-learning models, and does not opt in to provider programs that use Nudgine API inputs or outputs for model training. Scoped content may still be processed by an existing model to provide the feature you requested, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Who can see my meeting notes?

Private Notes and private assistant output are visible only to their owner. In-product personal-bot view and ask access is currently unavailable; an owner can still copy or send content outside those controls on their own initiative.
